Day 1 – Welcome to Cairo, Sister Goddess!
Saturday, September 22
Get ready to be treated like the Goddess-Queen you are with VIP treatment from the moment you arrive! For your safety and comfort, I have arranged for our personal tour manager to meet and assist you with a private driver at the Cairo International Airport. He will then personally escort you to our 5-star hotel by a private air-conditioned vehicle.
At the hotel, our tour manager will take care of your check-in and then review your itinerary to confirm pick-up times for our group tours and address any questions you may have.
Due to varying arrival times for group sisters on Day 1, once you check in, you are free to settle in. Enjoy the amenities of the beautiful hotel and rest up before we initiate our journey over a scrumptious breakfast the next morning!

Day 2 – Sacred Pyramids & Sphinx, Museum & Local Market in Cairo
Sunday, September 23
We will initiate our Goddess journey together with a delicious breakfast at our hotel. We will then meet our personal Egyptologist who will accompany us with our private driver and air conditioned vehicle to the Giza Plateau to visit one of the seven wonders of the world: the Great Pyramids of Giza, the sacred Sphinx, and the Valley Temple facing the great statue.
We will invite the blessings of the Egyptian deities and Sphinx Goddess to ignite our spiritual wisdom and sight (crown and third eye chakras).
We will then rest and enjoy a private group lunch at a quality local restaurant. After lunch, we will head over to the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square, which houses thousands of ancient sacred treasures and divine statues of the Goddesses!
And as is only fitting for Queen-Goddesses, we will end the day with a stroll through the bustling and colorful local market, the Khan El Khalili Bazaar, safely accompanied by our private guide.

Day 3 – Hathor and Sekhmet Temple Initiations & Begin Nile Cruise
Monday, September 24
It’s time to officially meet the Goddesses! After check out from your hotel in the morning, transfer to Cairo Airport with our private tour manager for a flight to Luxor where you will be greeted and assisted by our next tour manager.
We will all gather with our private guide and Egyptologist and take an air-conditioned vehicle to visit the sacred Temple of Goddess Hathor in Dendara, which is also known as the birthplace of Goddess Isis. We will invite and receive Hathor’s blessings to heal and open our heart and sacral chakras as she is Goddess of love, beauty, sexuality, dance, music and womb wisdom.
After, we will visit the incredible Karnak Temple, where I have arranged for private access to the Secret Chamber of Goddess Sekhmet that is closed to tourists. We will invite the blessings of Sekhmet, Goddess of war and healing, to free and empower us and ignite our solar plexus chakras!
As we end our likely longest and most intense tour day, we will begin our pilgrimage sail along Goddess Isis’ sacred Nile river under the magic and light of the full moon with a sister dinner on our 5-star Nile Cruise.

Day 4 – Sovereign Power Initiations at Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and Valley of the Queens
Tuesday, September 25
After breakfast with our group on the Nile cruise, we will explore the West Banks of Luxor and prepare to resurrect our Goddess-given Sovereign power as we visit the sacred Valley of the Queens.
We will then reclaim our regal nature and sacred leadership at the glorious Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the badass, fearless Pharaoh-Queen of Egypt!
After a relaxed sister group lunch, you’ll have the chance to integrate all your initiations and enjoy the amenities of the Nile Cruise.
Watch the sun go down on the Nile River before we regather over a leisurely dinner on board.

Day 5 – Inner Alchemy Activations at Horus and Sobek Temples
Wednesday, September 26
After breakfast with our sister circle on the Nile Cruise, we will head to the Ptolemaic Temple of Horus. Horus is the beloved holy child of Isis and Osiris, the miraculous creation of their divine love and sacred union. Here, we will open to uniting the divine masculine and feminine energies within ourselves with the blessings of Horus and his holy parents.
We will then sail to Kom Ombo to see the unique Temple of Sobek, dedicated to two triads of deities so that we may more deeply initiate into our feminine-masculine integrations.
We’ll enjoy a sister lunch on board and continue sailing to Aswan. You’ll have (and need!) some free time to assimilate the sacred activations and then rejoin us for our sister dinner.

Day 6 – Karmic Healing and Sacred Initiation at Goddess Isis Temple in Aswan
Thursday, September 27
Our entire journey has been culminating to this moment: Uniting with the Goddess of all, Isis herself.
After our sister breakfast on the cruise, we will make our sacred pilgrimage to the beautiful Temple of Isis in Philae that floats in the center of the Nile River.This is truly a heavenly portal on earth for us women, where you will undoubtedly feel and remember your Divine Feminine nature, my sister.
Together, we will resurrect our Goddess gifts and ignite all our chakras with Mother Isis’s divine blessing. We will invite Isis to heal our karmic blocks to living fully and fearlessly in our Divine Feminine power that we may be flourishing Goddesses.
After integrating the magic we’ll experience at her temple during daylight, we will return for an enchanting evening Sound and Light Show at the Temple of Isis. As this will be our final sacred site visit, we will seal all our chakras and sacred activations with fresh holy water gathered at the shore of her temple from the Nile River.

Day 7 – Final Sister Circle and Return to Cairo
Friday, September 28
We will gather for our final (official) sister circle over breakfast and complete our sacred journey together, as once we return to Cairo everyone will have free time.
After our breakfast, we will all check-out and disembark from the Nile cruise. Our private tour manager will help us transfer to Aswan Airport for the return flight to Cairo where we will be met and assisted at the airport and then taken to our 5-star hotel.
Take your time to integrate all the experiences of your trip with some sacred self-care during your free time. The option to gather with fellow sisters is open if you wish!

Day 8 – End of Goddess Pilgrimage & Return Home
Saturday, September 29
It’s time to bless and close your pilgrimage, Goddess! Enjoy a gourmet breakfast at the hotel. Gather with fellow sisters if you wish or relish in your free morning before check-out. Our tour manager will pick you up and transfer you to Cairo International Airport for your final departure.

This itinerary is even more magical and Goddess-centered than the trip I took myself, for which already my only word was: Beyond. As in, Egypt was simply and completely beyond anything I could have imagined or hoped. It was beyond words, understanding or explanation. All I could say to everyone who asked me how my trip was is, “It was beyond. The only way you could know is if you yourself go.”
Yet…there were some things I would have like upgraded and adjusted to make it more Goddessy, and that is exactly what I have done with this private tour that I have personally curated for us.

- Personal expenditures like beverages during meals, shopping, optional services, laundry, phone calls, wifi…etc.
- Tipping, which is customary and much appreciated to express your satisfaction with hospitality staff, tour guides, drivers etc.
Additional Notes and Considerations:
- Passport & Visa: Ensure you have a valid passport for at least six months from the date of entry into Egypt (for September 2018 retreat, visa must be valid until April 1, 2019) and that it has at least two blank pages. US, Canadian, EU, British, and Australian passport holders are eligible for a 30-day Tourist Visa on arrival in Egypt for a $25 USD fee. Check complete Egypt Tourist visa requirements here.
- Shared Accommodations: Prices are based on double occupancy (two seperate beds per room).
- Single Supplement: Single occupancy can be arranged upon request for an additional fee of $595 for the entire trip.
- Additional Nights: Additional night at Cairo hotels can be arranged for you if you require, and we will still include the airport transfers.
- Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in is at 03:00 pm at the hotel and check out is at 12:00 pm; Check in on the cruise is at 11:00 am and check out is at 09:00 am.
- Accomodation Ratings: The included accommodations are classified as 5-star luxury accomodations by Egyptian rating standards and consistenly recieve high and positive ratings on review sites.
- Domestic Flights: Included Cairo to Luxor and Aswan to Cairo flights will be booked for you at times most suitable for itinerary schedule.
- Cruise Schedule: Cruise itinerary may change in sequence but not in site visits according to navigational circumstances.
- Safety Measures: You will be escorted by our tour manager during all mentioned airport-hotel/cruise transfers, including when you arrive and depart Egypt via Cairo International Airport. Retreat sisters arriving/departing at the same time will be picked up/dropped off together. During all site visits, we will have professional and protective guides and drivers with us and have our own private vehicle. We will be avoiding areas that have a had history of risk. There is strict security at all hotels and tourist sites (metal detectors, guards/police/military, guard dogs) where we will be visiting and lodging.
- Dietary Needs: Most meals will be 5-star buffets with a variety of options for different food requirements and preferences. Where fixed meals apply, please advise us in advance of any food restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate.
- Additional Details: Once our group is confirmed and finalized, we will provide an online portal for additional details, booking international flights, orientation video, preparation/packing checklists, printable itinerary etc. and have a private Facebook group to connect with fellow retreat sisters and get support from Team Syma before and during the trip.
Terms and Conditions:
- Booking Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit (balance after $300 application payment) will be required upon application acceptance to confirm your booking.
- Payment Plan: If using the payment plan option, full payment is due no later than June 1, 2018.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If the full balance is paid in advance, you will receive a 50% refund if you cancel before June 1, 2018. If you pay via installment, then any payment made beyond the 50% deposit will be refunded if you cancel before June 1, 2018. If no further payments were made after the deposit, there will be no refund. Payments of any amount are non-refundable for cancellations made after June 1, 2018.
- Passport & Visa: You are responsible for ensuring you meet the Egypt Tourist Visa requirements to obtain an Egypt Tourist visa upon arrival.
- Travel Insurance: You are responsible for purchasing your own travel and medical insurance for the duration of your trip.
- Disclaimer: If your application is accepted, you will be required to read and sign a disclaimer and release form to confirm your booking.
