How to heal grief and loss
In perhaps my most vulnerable video, I share my healing process through IVF loss in my fertility journey to support you to healing your heart through any grief and loss you may be going through.
I share my own lessons to support you in healing through any form of grief, be it healing from a breakup, heartbreak, divorce, loss of a loved one or pet, miscarriage, infertility, embryo loss, job loss, or any other form of grief you may be experiencing through.
I of course offer some Goddess wisdom on how the dark Goddess Ereshkigal can help you hold space for yourself with self-compassion as well as Divine Feminine messages and spiritual support during the darkness and pain of grief.
